Tuesday Trails ride for 21 April: Two Ferries Route

Our Tuesday Trails ride for 21 April will be the Two Ferries Route taking you across to the North Shore via the Hibbard Ferry and returning via the Settlement Point Ferry.
Distance: 30 km
Grade 1: Flat easy course
Start: 8.15 am for 8.30 start
Meeting place: Port Macquarie Racecourse (carpark enter off Oxley Highway)

Details: from the Racecourse proceed down Lady Nelson Drive and The Jib and then via The Binnacle and Kemp St to Hastings River Drive. Turn left and ride out to the airport and return via Boundary St to Hibbard Ferry. Cross the river on the Hibbard Ferry and ride round the North Shore, crossing back at Settlement Point Ferry. Ride back via the Commodore Crescent & River Park Road to McInherney Park. Return to the Racecourse via Warlters St, Hastings River Drive & Kemp St.

Coffee: Seasalt on the marina

The ride will be on back streets, Hastings River Drive for short sections outbound & inbound, and roads on the North Shore. Roundabouts, lights and a variety of roads in varying states of repair will be encountered.

Road, hybrid & e bikes are recommended but MTB is also OK.
Cost: First ride is free with an annual membership fee of $15 thereafter.
