Town to Googik and Beyond Ride
Join us for a social ride from Port Macquarie CBD to the Ruins Way via Kooloonbung Creek and the Googik Track. This ride very scenic, shady and almost entirely off road. It’s a great beginner ride and a great way to learn the many tracks and short cuts of Port Macquarie. All welcome!
Meet: Short Street car park – near the Buller Street Bridge
When: Meet 8.15 am for an 8.30 am start
Distance: 18 km. Half well-graded gravel – half bitumen. Mostly flat with a few hills.
Bike: Any bike excluding a narrow tyred road bike.
Grade: 1
Coffee: Ruins Cafe
Cost: First ride free, after that you can join us for an annual fee of $15.
Don’t forget your bike, water bottle, sunscreen and helmet.
